ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the fragile nature of our products (glassware), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.
Why no returns? For hygiene and safety reasons, all glassware items cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility.
Damaged on Arrival? If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at halcyon.importexport@gmail.com with:
- A photo of the damaged item
- Your order number
We will review on a case-by-case basis and may offer a one-time replacement at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received? If we sent the wrong product, we'll make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order is already being processed and cannot be changed.
