ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS
We take great pride in our World Cup-themed glassware and ensure every order is carefully packed before it leaves our hands.
Why We Don't Accept Returns Due to the fragile and hygienic nature of glassware products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped. All purchases are considered final.
Damaged Item on Arrival? We get it — nobody wants a broken trophy glass! 😔 If your item arrives damaged or broken, here's what to do:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number + clear photos of the damage
We will review your case and, at our discretion, offer a one-time replacement for verified damage claims.
Wrong Item Received? That's on us! If we sent the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours and we'll sort it out immediately.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order
- After 12 hours, your order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled
Non-Eligible Claims We are unable to assist with:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Delays caused by FedEx or customs
